Night Guards/Mouth Guards

Nightguards are recommended to prevent grinding. It is a protective barrier between your upper and lower teeth.

Nightguards are used to prevent wear on teeth and can help prevent jaw pain and migraines.

Types of nightguards:

Essix nightguard - is made with a thin plastic type material.

Thermaflex nightguard - is made with thicker plastic and is softened with warm water before use.

Hard Acrylic nightguard - is made with a harder plastic and more suited for heavy grinders.
